日本の眼鏡づくりにおいて、独自に受け継がれてきた素材“サンプラチナ”。今では、ほとんど使われることがなく、チタンが主流になっています。この失われつつある素材を、代々続く“手曲げの技法”で扱っている職人にフレームを製作依頼。チタンにはない手で曲げられるという特性を最大限に活かし、細かいデザインや仕様を追求しています。
あえてメッキやカラーリングをせず、無垢の素材を使用しています。フレームラインだけで勝負するこだわりの一本です。職人が手がける上質で、手作りならではの温もりを感じて下さい。
歪ませたラウンドデザインです。正円のデザインよりも「丸眼鏡」の印象が少ないため、掛ける際の抵抗感が拭われています。穏やかで優しい印象を持たせる、万能な眼鏡です。無垢の素材の上からセル巻きを行い、カラー展開をしています。

Designed by Takahashi, the owner of this store, Sekkakudo, Mr.Riichi Sakamoto, a long experienced craftsman working in Sabae city, Toyama prefecture, the mecca of eye wears, crafted this model one by one with utmost care ,applying a traditional "Temage (manual bending)" technique, using Sanplatinum metal (Japanese original white color alloy of Ni 85%、 Cr 11%,Ag, and others) having been used since before the introduction of titanium.
Without giving metallic coating and coloration, this makes use of solid material . You may touch and feel warmth of high quality craftsman work.

This deformed Round design give you less impression of round lenses than that of perfect circle, which ease reluctance in wearing round ones. The coloration is made by covering solid layers with celluloid.
*This model is attached with manufacturer recommended flat lenses (UV cut clear lenses).
