tonysame:の取り組み「Designers Invitation Project」からの一本です。他ブランドのデザイナーを招聘し、共同で眼鏡を制作。tonysame:の優れた技術力を以って製品の完成度を高いレベルで実現します。本モデルはベルギーの眼鏡ブランド「theo」とのコラボレーションにより実現しました。両ブランドが持つ共通点でもある、「色」を強く意識したフレームです。
フレームの両サイドの智元とブリッジ、レンズ周囲のリムの質感を変えており、光沢のあるシルバーとマットな質感のブルーのツートン仕様になっています。リムに施された斜めのカットにより生まれる奥行きも相まって不思議な印象の眼鏡になっています。
ヨーロッパブランドらしい山形のブリッジと顔馴染みの良いすっきりとしたボストンシェイプが非常に使いやすく、tonysame:の十八番でもあるヨロイ部分の「ニューウェーブ」機構によりずれにくく疲れないという快適なかけ心地を実現。デザインと機能性の両面で非常に優れた眼鏡になっています。
ビジネスやプライベートでも使用しやすく、少し個性のある眼鏡をお探しの方におすすめの眼鏡です。

This is one of the "Designers Invitation Project", an initiative of tonysame :. With invited designers from other brands to produce eyeglasses jointly. With the excellent technical capabilities of tonysame :, we will achieve a high level of product perfection. This model was realized in collaboration with the Belgian eyeglass brand "theo" and realized the frame with emphasis "coloration", which is a common vantage point of both brands.
The texture of endpieces and bridge on both sides of the frame and the rims around the lenses have been altered, giving it a two-tone design with glossy as well as matte finish. Combined with the depth created by the slash cut on the rim, the glasses have a mysterious impression.
It is characterized with slightly pop coloration and a large round design front, close to a perfect circle. It may seen ordinary round shape, at first glance, however, you find it unordinary one because it looks glossy from any direction on altering colors and cutting around the lenses.
This is a Boston shape with Saddle bridge typical of European brands, and is clear and comfotable to fit the face.
Furthermore, the "new wave" mechanism on the endpiecet, representative of tonysame :, realizes a comfortable fitting to prevent slip off and strain. The glasses are excellent in terms of both design and functionality.
It is recommendable for those who are looking for unique and original eyeglasses distinct from other eyeglasses.
